What is the Proprep scholarship?
We have several scholarships of £5,000 we are awarding to students who are Proprep users who are studying at least one STEM module at a UK-based university. Successful applicants will receive the scholarship in two separate payments over the academic year of 2021-2022.
Who can apply for the Proprep scholarship?
The Proprep scholarship is open to all Proprep users who are students in their first or second year at university in the UK, studying at least 1 STEM module.
Successful applicants must create a well thought out action plan for how next academic year, they will help to support and mentor other STEM students at their university as well as creating a short video.
Applications from the following underrepresented groups will be prioritised and attributed scores based on their personal circumstances in addition to the quality of their application:
- People of BAME origin
- Women
- Are disabled or have a learning disability
- From a low income household
Application deadline – 18th April 2021
Shortlisted applicants will be contacted within 1 month of the closing date and will be required to complete a telephone interview.
The successful applicants will be judged by Proprep’s advisory board who include Dr Nikita Hari, Shakira Martin, Leisa Nicholls-Drew and Dr Tom Crawford.
